Ruger now offers the popular stainless steel SP101 with an eight-round cylinder, adjustable rear and fiber optic front sights. The 30-ounce double-action revolver comes with walnut grip panels inset in the one-piece rubber grips and a 4.2-inch barrel with a half shroud covering the ejector rod.

I love this gun. I did replace the grip with a Hogue for a little more purchase.

I have a Ruger GP100 with the same rear sight, and I haven't been too happy with it. It uses spring tension to hold it in place, and I have had it move on me and stick out of place on several occasions. I have since put Crimson Trace grips on and ignore the sights.

not sure why they don't release one in 22 WMR
