“As promised, I have declassified the Biden Administration’s Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism,” Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump’s newly appointed Director of National Intelligence, announced on X.com . “Read it here,” she wrote, adding a link to the document .
The entire document gives interesting insights into ways the government ensures the order of things remains favorable to the ruling regime. As such, areas of vigilance are divided into four “pillars”:
Pillar One: Understand and Share Domestic Terrorism-Related Information
Pillar Two: Prevent Domestic Terrorism Recruitment and Mobilization to Violence

Pillar Three: Disrupt and Deter Domestic Terrorism Activity
Pillar Four: Confront Long-Term Contributors to Domestic Terrorism
All “pillars” merit analysis and scrutiny, especially noting how they have been approached in the past.

First and foremost is settling on who domestic terrorists actually are and being mindful of Southern Poverty Law Center and Democrat propaganda in defining groups of citizens they oppose as haters, insurrectionists, and worse. We’ve seen otherwise innocuous activities, such as growing or shaving a beard, and in one case – I’m not making this up – bringing a giant inflatable pink pig to rallies to protest tax-and-spend politicians, treated as terrorism indicators by local/state federal law enforcement “fusion centers.” For the last several years, the FBI and DOJ have resurrected an old tactic by using the term “greatest threat ” to conflate armed white, conservative freedom advocates with violent racists.
As for recruiting, disrupting, and deterring domestic terrorists, what’s needed is an investigation to determine how often plots are exposed to great media fanfare, praising the heroic protectors who saved the day, only to find they were acting as embedded agents provocateur, talking low-hanging fruit, without the skills, resources, or intelligence to pull off a domestic terror plot, into doing something stupid they could bust them for. But of special interest to gun owners is a revealing section under Pillar Four, which, seeks to “increase[e] faith in democracy and government” by imposing infringements on the Second Amendment.
“Rein in the proliferation of "ghost guns," the Strategic Implementation Plan’s Action 4.1.1.a. recommends. “[En]courage state adoption of extreme risk protection orders; and drive other executive and legislative action, including banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
“Launch a national public education campaign to improve lethal means safety by expanding access to and use of safe storage of firearms and determine reimbursement opportunities to incentivize use of lethal means counseling in clinical settings,” Action 4.1.1.e. continues, calling for implementation of mental health “information sharing to identify individuals at risk in order to target interventions.”
Basically, their intent was to “take the guns first, due process later,” ban arms suitable for militia service, mandate “lock up your safety” edicts, implement a propaganda campaign, and establish what sounds like dystopian science fiction’s “Department of Precrime.”
“So, effectively, the by-definition Secret Government plan to 'Combat Domestic Terrorism' included Gun Control over the long term which would have removed the rights of millions and millions of Americans in pursuit of a fallacy,” Ronnie Adkins, “US Army Veteran and IC Contractor, host of the Funker530 Podcast, host of History Channel's Military Mysteries” posted on X.com . “Who would that have impacted more? My friends and I (and millions of other people) or a Domestic Terrorist? Would that domestic terrorist have cared?”
“They CLASSIFIED (not the action itself which was FOUO [For Official Use Only] and already overt, but the overall classification of the document and action 4.1.1a's association with the plan) an intent to take firearms away from people,” he elaborated. “Not specifically from domestic terrorists and in certain circumstances, but as ‘long-term contributors to domestic terrorism.’”
“That means across the board because (according to this document), it's considered a contributor to domestic terrorism to own those things. Deeper than the action itself, it was basically considered an underlying predictor for domestic terror; owning any of those things,” he concluded.
They didn’t want you to know that owning guns and advocating for the Second Amendment officially made you a terror suspect while they conducted a propaganda campaign to convince low-information voters that’s exactly what you are. The intent here is to impose citizen disarmament edicts on the entire Republic similar to what we find in Democrat states that have given up on the Second Amendment, and as we see in those states, what they’ve enacted is never enough.
Contrary to what the violence monopolists and their media cheerleaders would have us believe, they really do want to take our guns —all of them. And if that means painting you and me as domestic terrorists who need to be treated as such, so be it. Spook the herd and they’ll bleat in approval when you parade some wolf skins in front of them.
Not that “legacy media” will tell any of this to its viewers and readers…
