Inside the Israeli Defense Forces, Part 4: MSE Reflex Sight Manipulation

In Part 3 of Inside the Israeli Defense Forces, Lt. Col. (Ret.) Mikey Hartman of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and David Fortier examined the evolution of optics on the modern battlefield.

During this segment, they discuss and demonstrate how the MSE AQC Red Dot Reflex Sight was designed with operators in mind.

Developed with detailed knowledge of the functionality and ergonomics needed in real world engagements, the MSE Reflex Sight has several features that stand out from other reflex sights.

For example, the unit is fully ambidextrous and can be activated remotely from a push-to-transmit (PTT) cable. The MSE also includes on-board memory for reticle settings and a motion activation feature to help conserve battery life.

Check out this video to see how the IDF manipulates the MSE Reflex Sight in various scenarios. And be sure to stay tuned for more videos in our series, Inside the Israeli Defense Forces with Lt. Col. (Ret.) Mikey Hartman.
