When Senator John Cornyn asked David Chipman if “a law-abiding gun owner [is] a threat to public safety,” Chipman refused to simply say, “no.”

But that should not surprise us in the least.

Chipman was working for the ATF at the time of the Ruby Ridge standoff AND Waco massacre. He went on to spread LIES about Waco, falsely claiming that the Branch Davidian members shot down helicopters with .50 BMG rifles.

Chipman sincerely believes that honest, law-abiding gun owners like you pose a danger to America -- and if confirmed to the Senate, he will expand the ATF’s powers to crack down on our God-given liberties.
