Is Tom Arnold Really Serious? Wants Armed Left to Go “Nose to Nose” With Right

Has-been actor Tom Arnold, a long-time gun-control supporter, has apparently gone off the deep end if his Twitter account is any indication.

The so-called “comedian,” who has never really been very funny, has gotten himself all riled up about the current unrest and riots in many American cities. His solution: White liberals need to take up arms against white conservatives.

As someone who is in full favor of gutting the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, Arnold is happy to use it when it aligns with his purposes. He recently tweeted: “The 2nd Amendment is for everyone including black men with long guns, but it’s f#@&!^g time for us white liberal men to stand up for our brothers & sisters. Borrow our dad’s hunting rifles & go nose to nose with Trump’s gang of misfit tools. Let’s do it @robreiner #BlackLives Matter.”

Of course, in Arnold’s home state of California and some other states with so-called “universal” background checks, heeding Arnold’s advice would be against the law, since borrowing a gun isn’t legal. That’s just a technicality, though, compared to Arnold’s plans to use the guns against conservatives.

When Lauren Boebert, a Congressional candidate in Colorado's 3rd Congressional District, asked via Twitter if anyone was going to mention that Arnold basically called for the start of a Civil War, Arnold doubled down. “I did,” he tweeted, “but your side was too afraid to show up. They thought I was going to take away their guns.”

Fortunately for all of us, Arnold’s calls for insurrection eventually came to the attention of black gun owner, attorney and Second Amendment activist Colion Noir, who didn’t appreciate Arnold’s supposed offer of “help.” The resulting Twitter battle between the well-spoken Noir and the shrill-sounding Arnold eventually devolved to somewhat amusing name calling.

“Bro relax, we’re black men, not children,” Noir tweeted, “we don’t need your help owning guns, we’ve been doing it for decades and continue to do so. I have more long guns than I do food, we’re good.”

Arnold’s response: “So many questions about this Knucklehead but I think he’s saying (he’s) out of food so he’s feeding his kids guns bro.”

That led to a response from Noir: “I’m saying the only ppl saying I shouldn’t have guns are ppl like u. U don’t even advocate blk men actually arm themselves, u tell white men to get guns to fight on our behalf as if we are children. Lol. I know the lowered expectations of soft bigotry when I see it. Carry on Tom.”

After many people questioned Arnold and pointed out Noir’s vast knowledge about firearms and the Second Amendment, Arnold retorted: “No one cares about his stupid guns or gun knowledge or that he has a micro penis except him because (he) thinks he can distract everyone away from his micro penis with his guns.”

To which Noir responded: “Did you really just tweet this? Tom, you’re nearly twice my age, this is how a 15 year old playing call of duty tweets, it’s pathetic. You also just exposed that u don’t give a damn about blk gun ownership beyond grandstanding on your white savior complex. Grow up.”

In the end, about the only thing that was decided through the not-so-enlightening exchange is that Arnold is a gun hater, bigot and fool—and still not funny.
